Clients reviews about Aaikya Architects

It has been an unforgettable experience working with Aaikya Architects. We felt heard and welcomed as a family from the moment we first met them. The ease with which they described the interior plans is what most impressed us. We could picture ourselves living in the house before it was constructed because every room and nook of the house was described in such vivid detail. Their designs are the ideal fusion of practicality, coziness, and a cozy family setting. Throughout the process, Mr. Varshith and Mrs. Ranjani have been incredibly considerate and patient, and they have demonstrated a sincere love for what they do. We are really happy with the outcome ~ parikshith G

Varshith and his team are architecting my house, starting from planning phase, doing structural, site visits, planning my interiors, helping me with choosing cost effective options. I'm impressed with their way of working. Team is dedicated and pro-active in their work. There's never a moment where the construction have been delayed due to plans not available in time. They are always approachable, accommodating and friendly in nature. I am happy working with them, happy with the designs and elevations provided by them. Definitely recommend for their work. ~ Vinay B

Every person dream’s to have a dream house…Varshith has comprehended our dream and shaped our dream house to reality(Home). There are No words to describe…. Our plot being 30x40, the design execution is such that it gives an impression for layperson that built up aera is on a bigger plot. The initial briefing/ requirement vice versa was very important, that helped is curating magical options to our HOME. Many in the market do provide lot of options while designing home, but their strategy is to keep it simple and ergonomical. Provide what is needed by the client rather than confusing them with more options and this would lead to delay in time to execute the project.. Sound suggestions are provided whenever the client is in a fix to satisfy/ incorporate their requirement, without hampering technically. Varshith is very accommodating and approachable for feedback and has an sound knowledge to provide solution for every problem which is ascetically appealing too. ~ Lavanya R

Aaikya, this word is synonyms with architecture and building dreams for common man like me, we had met many architecture before we finalized on Aaikya, from the very first visit there was sense of bonding with both Varshit and Ranjani. Best thing about Varshit and Ranjani is they listen first before they recommend anything, that's amazing that is when you can truly connect with your clients and understand what clients needs are, from design to material selection they were with us in our every step to make it look the way it is today hats off to their commitment and dedication. Their were challenges as there would be in every task every assignment, so was in our project too what you need is intellectual thinking and resolution which both are good at, happy to partner with them again in future😊 It's a dream for everyone to build house of their own so do we, but what's more important is to execute our dream into reality, which is what Aaikya is been doing I wish them all the very best for their upcoming projects ~ avinash n

Unique and Innovative Aaikya !!! We picked Aaikya from Google Reviews based on our search for Architects from North Bangalore. It’s been an year now working with them and we are very excited for the right choice we made. Loved their professionalism from beginning.. They never miss the schedule and always stay ahead. Provided lot many presentations to ensure we are very clear… even with the minor things in the design. They ensure we visualize our home with all 2D/3D dimensions with Excellent Coverage with no Gray Areas. Few key things to emphasize…They are Creative, Well Organized, Extremely Professional and Sincere. More than anything they are a very humble team. Available any point of time to clarify all our queries (Over call or physically available). Good listeners… understands our micro requirements and tries to provide multiple options to select from.
